As we kick off a season of gratefulness, Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity invites you into a season of giving. Giving Tuesday + End of Year giving is a great way to begin your holiday season and we hope you’ll start with us. This year, like others, we are dedicating the proceeds from #GivingTuesday to a deserving future homeowners in our Homeownership Program. Individual gifts make the difference here at Habitat and we remain thankful for each individual as well as their gift.
Help us build for families like Samantha Price and her kids. Samantha is living in a 1 bedroom apartment with her son and daughter. Currently living in the Woodbury area, she has struggled to make ends meet. And as the colder weather hits, Samantha is nervous that her hot water heater will break, again. Not only does she have to worry about the hot water heater, she is very concerned that, just like previous winters, the landlord will take weeks to fix it. But through all of this, Samantha has mentioned how happy she is that Habitat will assist her in becoming a homeowner – the hand up she desperately needs.
