Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity builds homes to sell to residents earning low to moderate income, below is the 2022 income guidelines. This provides opportunities for home-ownership to families who are unable to afford a market rate home.
Gloucester County Habitat serves households that earn low to moderate income (30-80% of median income), based on New Jersey’s Regional Income Guidelines, which is adjusted annually according to HUD figures based on the size of the family.
