Tim joined the Affiliate in 2020 as a construction volunteer
and was added to the Board in 2021. Tim graduated from the US Naval Academy and served for seven years as a Surface Warfare Officer. Upon obtaining an MBA in Finance from Drexel University he embarked upon a 33-year career as a corporate finance consultant focused on large business valuation and tax planning needs. He became a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and later a Managing Director at Standard & Poor’s and Duff & Phelps. Tim also earned multiple professional credentials such as Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He has a passion to help improve housing opportunities for all near his Gloucester County home.
