Brief info

Scott Sherer brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, proven business leadership, and a lifelong commitment to community service to the Board of Directors for Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity.

As a Realtor with the Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group, Scott witnesses firsthand the transformative power of homeownership. His professional focus on guiding first-time homebuyers aligns perfectly with Habitat’s mission to provide safe, stable, and dignified housing for all.

Prior to his career in real estate, Scott spent over 20 years as a successful business owner and operator of Allegra Print and Imaging. His extensive experience in financial oversight, strategic planning, and consensus-building—including serving as Chairman of a National Advisory Council—provides a strong foundation for his governance role on the Board.

An active leader in South Jersey and beyond, Scott serves as President of the Men’s Club for his local Jewish organization and was the founder of the Freezer 5K, a race dedicated to addressing regional food insecurity. He is excited to leverage his passion for housing and community engagement to help Habitat for Humanity build a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
