Tara Gallagher is a Vice President at M&T Bank with more than two decades of expertise in commercial lending, credit analysis, and business banking across the New Jersey and Philadelphia region. She previously held lending and portfolio management roles at Cornerstone Bank NJ, Republic Bank, Fulton Bank, and TD Bank, bringing extensive financial and risk-management insight to her board service.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Stockton University. She has served on the Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity Board since 2023, contributing her financial acumen and strong commitment to community development to support the organization’s mission of expanding safe, affordable housing in South Jersey.
