It is with great sadness that we inform you that long time Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity (GCHFH) volunteer, Bernie Weisenfeld, passed away on November 21st. Bernie joined GCHFH as a member of the construction team, but his passion & expertise in journalism quickly took Bernie into the role of informing fellow volunteers of progress on our home builds through our “construction connection” email blasts. For roughly 4 years, Bernie was a reliable, creative volunteer who was always willing to help.

Bernie will be greatly missed by staff, fellow volunteers, and all who met him during his time with Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity.
