Mike is President & CEO of First Harvest Credit Union, the largest Low Income Designated credit union in New Jersey. Headquartered in Gloucester County, First Harvest serves over 49,000 members through six branch locations and over 700 Select Employer Groups. Mike is a member of CrossState Credit Union Association's Government Relations Committee, and serves as the New Jersey Trustee of America's Credit Unions' PAC. Mike was also a leader in developing the New Jersey Credit Union Food Cooperative, which partnered with over 25 New Jersey credit unions to collect and distribute over 10,000 pounds of food to pantries across the state. He is also a Board member of the Habitat for Humanity of Gloucester County, and a member of the Rowan College of South Jersey Finance Advisory Board, where he helped shepherd the creation of the First Harvest Financial Innovation Lab. Mike has been recognized by South Jersey Biz as Executive of the Year, by NJ Biz as a Leader in Finance, and was named as Top Banking Influencer by ROI-NJ. Mike holds a BSJ from West Virginia University, an MBA from DeSales University, and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
